IT’S LIFT OFF FOR MOY PARK FOODSERVICE

The Moy Park Group has always been serious about foodservice and is fortunate enough to be a supply partner with some of the biggest operators in the sector.

This week (July 24) sees the launch of a new division called simply, Moy Park Foodservice and headed up by Joe O’Toole.

The business immediately brings together established foodservice brands like Health Farm™, Chickwich Premier™ and Kitchen Range™, alongside China Gold™ and DeliPro™ with a product range at launch that is already diverse. It covers breaded and whole muscle chicken recipes and fresh chicken sandwich fillings, oriental vegetable tempura’s and spring rolls, potato skins and onion rings. Then for dessert there are fresh fruit beignets, apple pies and traditional American ring doughnuts.

There are manufacturing sites spread across Northern Ireland, East of England, Northern France, Holland and Germany.

The emphasis will be on culinary developments in line with up-coming trends – and the new division plans to have its development teams working alongside its customers in a more bespoke way than previous.

First reactions to the news from customers throughout Europe have been extremely encouraging as they see just how serious the Moy Park Group is about foodservice.
